This Fulfillment Policy governs the purchase and use of products sold by Executive Money Strategies, Marks Money Strategies and Incorporate For Freedom, LLC. By purchasing products from our store, you agree to this policy and its terms.

- Return Policy
We offer a 72-hour return policy. Customers may try all products for 72 hours from the time of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase during this period, you may request a refund.
- Refunds
Refunds are possible within the 72-hour return period. All refunds are processed less any financial institution fees from partners in the transaction, which are usually less than 3% of the cost of the transaction.
- No Refunds After 72 Hours
After the 72-hour return period, no refunds are possible. Please ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase before the end of the return period.
- Responsibility for Transactions
Executive Money Strategies, Marks Money Strategies and Incorporate For Freedom, LLC takes no responsibility for charging or fulfilling transactions on cards which may be lost or stolen, were mistakenly purchased by the purchaser, their families, assigns or anyone with the possession of financial information sufficient to enact a transaction through stripe.com.
- Disputes
The fiduciary attached to the bank/card/payment method is fully responsible for payment unless they can prove beyond all reasonable doubt with evidence, eyewitness accounts or other reasonable records a fraudulent transaction. A simple “dispute” with the credit card issuer or bank is insufficient to generate a refund.
- Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
- Missed Appointments
Missed appointments are not forgiven or EVER refunded for any reason except where allowed at purchase and so clearly stated. Executive Money Strategies and Incorporate For Freedom, LLC reserves the right to forgive scheduling issues at its whim. Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 charge per hour rescheduled.
