1. Disputes

The fiduciary attached to the bank/card/payment method is fully responsible for payment unless they can prove beyond all reasonable doubt with evidence, eyewitness accounts or other reasonable records a fraudulent transaction. A simple “dispute” with the credit card issuer or bank is insufficient to generate a refund.

1. Missed Appointments

Missed appointments are not forgiven or EVER refunded for any reason except where allowed at purchase and so clearly stated. Incorporate For Freedom, LLC reserves the right to forgive scheduling issues at its whim. Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 charge per hour rescheduled.
